Since I was in high school, I have been writing sports articles, but I have only started writing online since 2013. With no formal writing training, I used my love for sports and a unique way of expressing my thoughts to enter the sportswriting business. Seven years later, I have published hundreds of online sports articles for various sites worldwide, and I continue to enjoy telling sports stories.

I’m from the Philippines, where boxer Manny Pacquiao also hails from. I don’t know Manny personally, nor do I know how to box. But I’ve followed his story and most big sports stories that happen every day, and I want to share those with you here at

  • I grew up during the Magic and Bird era but ended up being a big fan of the Detroit Pistons’ Bad Boys team during the 1990s.
  • The first boxing bout I watched on TV was Sugar Ray Leonard vs Donny Lalonde in 1988.
  • My wife and I are furparents. We currently have two dogs: A Goldador named Horry and a Golden Retriever named Fisher.
  • I worked 20 years for the banking industry but working in a bank was never my calling.
