3.5 Hours a Week to Become an Advantage Gambler
If you could trade 30 minutes a day, only three and a half hours a week, for a proven way to make money gambling, would you make the trade? I think that most gamblers would say they’d make this trade, yet most of them never work on improving their results.
The fact is that you can learn how to become a winning gambler by investing only 30 minutes every day. If you’re willing to invest the time, you can start winning. The only question is, are you willing to invest the time?
Just 30 Minutes Every Day
The way that advanced gamblers become winners is by learning what they need to learn and using what they find to turn the tables on the casinos. The only way to become an advanced gambler is to dedicate enough time to do it.
All of the resources you need to become an advanced gambler are available. You just have to find them and practice them. The only thing this involves is time. And when you start dedicating time toward becoming a winning gambler every day, it quickly adds up.
I’ve read where people say that it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert or master something. Using this idea, if you use 30 minutes a day to work on your gambling skills, it’s going to take 55 years. The good news is that learning how to become an advanced gambler doesn’t take 10,000 hours.
Everyone is different, but if you find the right resources and spend your time wisely, you can start using advanced gambling techniques in a month or less using only 30 minutes a day.
Of course, your skills are going to keep improving as long as you keep working toward your goal, but you’re going to start seeing results in a very short time.
30 minutes a day is a small price to pay for the opportunity to become a long-term winning gambler.
How to Find the Time
The truth is that most people have enough time to do what they want to do most. How else do you explain things like golf? I know that I waste hours every week doing things that aren’t productive. It gets so bad some weeks that I’m afraid to track it too closely.
The first way to find an extra 30 minutes every day is to find something you currently do that wastes at least a half-hour every day. Most people watch hours of television every day, so that’s one place to look. Other people spend hours on the internet every day or a few hours on social media every day.
If you’re really so busy that you can’t find 30 minutes every day to work on becoming an advanced gambler, there’s another way you can do it. You can simply get up 30 minutes early every day. I realize that this might be a big change at first, so here’s a method I’ve used in the past to help ease into it.
Get up five minutes earlier than usual tomorrow. Stick with the new time for a week, then get up five minutes earlier. Stick with it for a week, and keep doing this for six weeks straight. This lets your body adjust slowly, and in six weeks, you’ll have the extra 30 minutes you need every day.
Another option is to block out three and a half hours on the weekend or whatever days you’re off from work. It works better if you’re able to work on your goal a little bit every day, but it can still work doing everything one day a week.
Maybe you can use 15 minutes every day during your lunch break then set aside a couple of hours on your day or days off.
If you make a commitment to finding the time you can. You have time to do the things that are important to you now, so make this important enough to find the time.
How to Use Your 30 Minutes Every Day
The first thing you need is a plan. It doesn’t need to be a complicated plan, but you need to start somewhere. On the first day, use your 30 minutes to develop a plan. Figure out what advantage area you want to start with and make a plan for how you’re going to use your 30 minutes every day for the next week.
Here’s some information to help you get started. Most advanced gamblers do one or more of the following things. They play blackjack or poker, bet on sports, or bet on horse races. Just about any other gambling activity is impossible to do with an advantage. So start with one or two of these areas.
I prefer to read about things when I want to learn more. I find the best books and articles and read as much as possible. If you’re like me and like to read, spend your second day making a list of the best books and places to find articles about what you want to learn about. Then, start investing your time every day in reading and learning more.
If you don’t like to read, look for video and audio options covering what you want to learn. You still need to read some things to become a winning gambler, but you can watch and listen to get a lot of what you need, too.
Learning as much as you can is the first big thing. Once you learn quite a bit, you need to move to the next area, which is practice. You need to put what you learn into action so you can see how the things you’ve learned work in real life.
The steps for blackjack and poker are fairly straightforward. If you’re learning how to handicap sporting events or horse races, it’s a bit more complicated. But you still have to start using what you’ve learned.
If you don’t know how to find the best information to get started, here are some tips.
- Go to Amazon and type in the subject you’re interested in. Look at the top booksellers in the gambling category. You can also look for the books with the user ratings. I like to read some of the reviews for popular books to see what others say about them.
- Do a search in Google for top books about your subject. Search for “top blackjack books” or “top poker books.” Ask successful gamblers what resources they recommend.
- Search for the best authors and see if they post articles online. Once you find a site with good information, bookmark it so you can quickly find it in the future.
- Search on YouTube and other popular video sites for information about what you’re looking for.
- Visit a library and check out the games or gambling section. Many people forget about libraries, but they’re still a great place to find good books.
Buying books can be expensive, but you don’t have to buy new books to get the information you need. Ebay.com and Amazon sell used books, so you can pick up many good gambling books for $5 to $10. A few advantage gambling books are out of print and sell for hundreds and thousands of dollars.
Don’t worry that you’re missing out by not buying these books. You don’t need them to learn how to become an advanced gambler. If you simply can’t live without owning an expensive book, use less expensive books to learn how to win, and start saving money from your winnings to buy the more expensive books.
You also need to make sure that you’re getting good information. As you search for the best books and articles, you’re going to learn who you can trust to give you good information and who is going to end up pointing you in the wrong direction.
Keep investing 30 minutes every day and before you know it, you’re going to start winning more than you lose. Don’t worry if it takes a few months or even a year to start seeing results. You can learn how to win, and the long term rewards are well worth the investment of time and effort.
Conclusion
You can learn how to be an advantage gambler in only 30 minutes a day. If more people realized how easy it is, more people would make the trade. Start by carving out 30 minutes a day, or start getting up a little earlier.
Develop a simple plan and start by finding the best resources you can find. Read, watch, and listen to everything you can and then start using what you learn in live action. You’re going to start winning faster than you ever thought possible. And it’s only going to cost 30 minutes a day.
