Caesars Entertainment Launches New Jersey Sports Betting App
On Thursday, Scientific Games launched mobile online sports betting along with Caesars Entertainment in NJ, just in time to cash in on the start of the pro football season. This means Caesars customers in New Jersey can place sports bets on their mobile devices or desktops in addition to attending a brick-and-mortar Caesars’ sportsbook to place their wagers.
The Caesars Casino & Sports app, powered by Scientific Games, offers to customers the sportsbook platform, player account info, and more. With Scientific Games’ help, Caesars customers have access to the digital portal as well as touchpoint across in-venue screen solutions, which makes the sports betting experience smoother and more enjoyable for those both online and on Caesars’ property.
Keith O’Loughlin, SVP Sportsbook for SG Digital, made the following comments about this app according to a press release via MarketWatch:
“We’re thrilled that Caesars mobile sports betting is live in New Jersey, enabling players to bet on their favorite sports teams today. We’re very proud of delivering a quality mobile betting platform, which truly rounds out Caesars’s sportsbook experience, and the speed with which we were able to launch this offering in this exciting new market. We’re also proud of our Caesars partnership and their activation of a turnkey sports betting solution players will enjoy.”
The Caesars Casino & Sports app is available for iPhone users on the App Store and on Caesars website for those who use Android devices. Anyone can access the mobile app while in the state of New Jersey, and wagers can be placed using MasterCard, VISA, PayPal, and a few other forms of payment. It allows users to wager in real time using the app, and to earn rewards for mobile sportsbook play and redeem at any Caesars location.
