On Sunday, the Los Angeles Rams travel to Western New York to take on the Buffalo Bills in a battle of undefeated teams.
Both the Rams and the Bills have surprised critics with their unbeaten records and how they won over the first two weeks. Which team will improve to 3-0 on the season? Kickoff inside Bills stadium is at 1 PM ET.
The Rams and the Bills have played against each other 12 times with Buffalo holding a 7-5 advantage. The two teams last faced off in 2016 and Buffalo won 30 to 19. The Bills are 6-2 in the last eight matchups.
The Los Angeles Rams (2-0) has enjoyed feasting on the NFC East over the first two weeks of the season as they defeated the Cowboys and the Eagles in consecutive games. The Rams have looked strong on offense with playmakers all over the field. However, defensively, there are still some question marks.
The Buffalo Bills (2-0) has enjoyed a fast start to the season by beating up on divisional rivals as they’ve defeated the Jets and Dolphins in consecutive weeks. What’s been the most impressive aspect about the Bills this season so far is the fantastic play from QB Josh Allen who is leading the NFL in several categories.
The Bills opened up as a three point favorite with the majority of NFL betting sites. That line has come down slightly to -2.5 for Buffalo. The Over/Under opened at 45 points and has climbed up to 47.5 total points with most sports betting websites.

Free NFL Sports Bet and Game Prediction: Buffalo Bills (-142)
I’m going with the Buffalo Bills to win this game because I believe they are the better overall team especially when fully healthy.
The addition of WR Stefon Diggs has transformed this offense into a powerhouse. That’s bad news for opponents because Buffalo also has an elite defense as well.
However, the Bills defense did take a step back in Week 2 against Miami as they were missing two of their best defenders in linebackers Milano and Edmunds. Miami QB Ryan Fitzpatrick destroyed Buffalo’s backup linebackers with play-action pass and throws over the middle of the field.
The Rams will feast on this as well if Buffalo’s stud LBs don’t return from injuries. With that said, I really like the matchup between the Bills’ offense against the Rams’ defense.
The Rams are giving up 382.5 total yards and 18 ppg to opposing offenses. Buffalo is putting up 29 ppg and 469 total yards per game. Los Angeles allows 254 passing ypg where Buffalo is tallying 364.5 passing ypg.
With the Rams tough front four, I expect Buffalo to do a bunch of quick passes, screens and dump offs to the running backs. I also see QB Josh Allen running the ball effectively from designed runs and impromptu scrambles.
Diggs will face the Rams top DB Ramsey, which means the rest of the offense will have winnable matchups especially wide receivers John Brown and Cole Beasley.
Buffalo will need to do better with their blitzing to get pressure on Goff. If they don’t then the Rams offense will have a lot of success.
LA has allowed 128.5 rushing ypg and I see that being the difference in this matchup. Buffalo has two talented young RBs and a QB that can also put up rushing numbers. Buffalo is only allowing 75 rushing ypg and that could make the Rams a one-dimensional offense.
I’m taking the Bills moneyline in this exciting matchup. I don’t trust the spread on either side as there’s too mnay conflicting betting trends.
Buffalo is 1-4 ATS in their last five overall games, but 4-1 ATS in their last five games as the favorite. The Rams are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven overall games, but 2-6 ATS in their last eight games against Buffalo.
The Bills are 6-2 SU against the Rams in their last eight head to head meetings, while the Rams are 2-11 SU in their last 13 games against the AFC East.
Buffalo’s offense will put up enough points to win this game even if they’re missing one of their stud linebackers on defense. Look for Allen to flirt with 300 passing yards for the third straight game and for the Bills to win an exciting battle of unbeaten teams.
