Green Bay and New Orleans have played against each other 25 times with the Packers holding the all-time advantage of 16-9. Their last matchup came in 2017 when the Saints won 26 to 17 at Lambeau.
New Orleans is 4-2 SU in the last six head to head battles. The Saints are also 3-0 in their last three home games against the Packers.
Green Bay (2-0) has been one of the most impressive teams over the first two weeks of the season. Aaron Rodgers is playing at an MVP level and this Packers offense looks unstoppable. Can the Packers continue their high scoring ways in Week 3?
New Orleans (1-1) looked great in Week 1 by dominating Tampa Bay. Unfortunately, everything came crashing down when they lost to the Raiders on MNF in Week 2. Without WR Michael Thomas, the Saints appear to be handcuffed on offense in what they can do. Will New Orleans lose two in a row?
The Saints opened as a six point betting favorite, but has seen that number come all the way down to -3 points with most NFL betting sites. The Over/Under opened at 52 points and went up to a high of 54 points. Currently, most online betting sites have lowered the O/U back down to 52 total points.

Free SNF Sports Bet and Game Prediction: Packers +3 (-115)
Green Bay’s offense is going to be the difference maker in this contest. If they can continue to play at a high level like they did in the first two weeks then not only will they cover the three points, they will also win the game outright.
Green Bay’s offense is averaging 42.5 ppg, 510.5 total ypg, 302 passing ypg and 208.5 rushing ypg. The trio of Rodgers, Jones and Adams have proven to be unstoppable.
The Saints defense just gave up 34 points to the Raiders on MNF and are allowing 28.5 ppg on the season. Furthermore, they’re allowing 260.5 passing ypg which bodes well for Green Bay and QB Aaron Rodgers.
Offensively, the Saints appear to be struggling in the passing game without their top WR Michael Thomas who could miss this game as well. Prized free agent WR Emmanuel Sanders has been irrelevant this season so far. He was absolutely missing in the Raiders game on Monday night.
New Orleans is relying heavily on Alvin Kamara to carry the offense. In two weeks, he’s tallied 241 total yards, 4 total TDs, and 14 receptions. The Saints will need more of that this weekend to have any chance against the high powered Packers offense.
With the way Derek Carr carved up the Saints on Monday, Rodgers should be able to exceed that performance and keep his resurgence going.
Keep an eye on Green Bay WR Davante Adams and his hamstring issue. As of now, the Packers are saying he should play this weekend. If he ends up missing the game then take the Over instead.
I like the Packers in this contest despite what the betting trends say. The Saints defense is going to get manhandled by Rodgers and the Packers offense. Furthermore, the Saints offense just doesn’t look in sync right now. I don’t see how they will keep pace with Green Bay.
