Our Complete 10Bet Review
10bet Casino is a relatively old gambling site that offers both a casino and a sportsbook. They were founded in 2003 in the UK, and they do not accept US players.
In our eyes, the main positives to this site are the quick payouts, the large number of promotions, and the length of time that they have stayed in business. We rarely see gambling sites with such a large and unique promotions program for both casino gamblers and sports bettors.
The negatives for 10Bet include a small video poker selection, the absence of a live chat support feature, and a history of shady practices. Some of these reported shady practices include cancelling bets that did not start out well in their favor, as well as shutting down accounts with little to no explanation.
The following review will contain our honest opinion on the 10bet Casino. Our main goal is to show you the truth about what this site contains and how they operate so that you can decide on your own if 10Bet is the site for you. Now that we got that out of the way, let's dive in!
10Bet is not a terrible casino. They are slightly above average in nearly every category.
However, the fact that they seem to have a flaw in every category is concerning. If we combine this with the fact that they have a very long history of unethical actions, it is clear there is probably a better site to play on if we shop around a little bit.
If we ignore their reliability issues, the sportsbook is actually very nice. They have a large selection of 36 sports to bet on which will appeal to all corners of the globe. They also have a live betting feature which is always a hit among sports bettors.
We do not feel comfortable recommending this sportsbook due to their sketchy past. This will be covered more in the "reliability" section.
The game selection on 10Bet is not great, but it is acceptable. You shouldn't have a problem finding the game you want, but you might have a problem finding a specific variation that you like.
They only seem to have 3 versions of video poker which is quite low. We enjoy that they have 3 different odd games but they could probably use some more in this category as well.
It is tough to find any complaints for a site that does not charge any fees for their withdrawal methods. They also manage to complete these withdrawals in under 5 days, while deposits are completed instantly.
The only flaw we can see is that their selection is limited compared to other sites. We would recommend that they add bitcoin to the list since it fits into their pattern of cheap and efficient payout options.
10Bet clearly cares about their regular customers as they have a large amount of promotions available. There are some aimed towards casino players and some aimed towards the sports bettors.
If we were tasked with improving their promotions, we would add in a multi-tiered VIP club. These types of promotions motivate gamblers to play more so that they can earn more rewards, and 10bet currently has no promotions that do this.
The only glaring hole in their customer support model is the lack of a Live Chat feature. Other than that, they are in line with the customer service standards of the industry.
We can contact them either by phone or by email. It appears that they are great at responding within 24 hours.
We are very impressed with the graphics on both their website and their casino software. The website is very colorful with a smooth layout that makes it look like a very fun place to play. The extremely nice graphics that we just mentioned are powered by two software giants named Microgaming and NetEnt.
10Bet also offers a mobile app which they just released. It appears to have some bugs though as there are a lot of complaints about it lagging or crashing often.
This is clearly not a site that values integrity or business ethics, as they have been involved with questionable business practices throughout their entire existence. It appears that they have been cleaning up their act lately, but it could be awhile before we start giving them the benefit of the doubt.
They have reportedly cancelled sports bets that have an unfavorable start for them. Another common complaint that we kept coming across is that 10Bet is shutting down accounts full of money with little to no reasoning.
Do you like free money? We do too! This explains why we like seeing that 10Bet appears to have put a lot of effort into their promotions department. They have one set of promotions for sports bettors and another set for casino bettors. We will now dive deeper into the promotions of each category and see what each one is all about.
The Welcome Bonus is the first promotion that sports bettors on Bet10 will have a chance to be a part of. This is simply a deposit bonus for first-time depositors only, and it features a 50% bonus for up to $250 or €200.
This is a promotion that gives a 50% reload bonus for up to €30. The minimum deposit amount is €15 and we have until December 31st, 2017 to finish the 1x rollover requirement. This is a lame promotion in our opinion, as €30 is hard to get excited about and the promotion only lasts for 1 month anyway.
The 10Bet Combo Club is a promotion that is aimed strictly at combo bets (otherwise known as parlays or accas). All we need to do is opt-in to the bonus on their site after logging into our account. After that we just need to place 4 combo bets of at least €10 each. After making our 4th combo bet, we will receive a €10 free bet that is available to use on any event in the following 7 days at 2.00 odds or higher.
Acca Jacker is another promotion that is aimed at strictly combo bets. Whenever we make a combo bet on any sport of our choice that contains at least 5 teams, 10Bet will add in an extra percentage of the total payout as a bonus. The more teams we add to the bet, the more the extra cash bonus will be. A 5-team combo bet will receive a 10% cash bonus, while a 16-team parlay pays out an extra 60% of the prize. It is true that a 16-team parlay is nearly impossible to hit, but the payout will be huge so 60% extra is an impressive bonus.
This promotion is for Champions League soccer bets only. All we need to do is bet €30 on whichever team we think will be the outright winner of the league, and we will be able to make a free bet every single time that team wins. The amount of each free bet is based on which team you picked, with the weaker teams receiving more money per free bet. The top teams in the league only receive €2 per win and the weaker teams receive €8 per win.
Cash Out is an awesome and unique promotion that allows us to collect our winnings on both normal and combo sports bets before the game is even finished. This can be done for a partial amount of the bet or for the full amount. Unfortunately, the payout will not be anywhere close to what the winning bet at the end of the game would have paid if we waited it out and won. If we can tell that our team is having a bad day in the 1st quarter, this is a great way to get some money back. Only certain bets count for this Cash Out feature so be sure to make sure your bet qualifies before you get your hopes up.
The first bonus available to casino players is the 125% Welcome Bonus for up to €300. This means that if we deposit €100 we will receive a €125 bonus into our account. This is for new players to the site only, and the minimum deposit is €20. The rollover requirement is 35 times the deposit plus the bonus amount, which is a little bit too high in our opinion. However, we are willing to let this slide since 125% is a larger than usual welcome bonus.
This is a promotion that allows us to pick up a bonus of 30% for up to €100 on one deposit per week in the month of September! All we need to do is use the bonus code found on their site when depositing, and the money will be put in our account for us to clear. The major downside to this promotion is that we only have a mere 15 days to complete a relatively high rollover requirement of 35x.
The Sunday Special promotion is another deposit bonus that is meant for Sundays only. We are once again given only 15 days to complete the rollover requirements, but luckily the requirement is only 25x this time. Not only does this bonus pay out in bonus dollars, but we also get a certain number of free spins on the "Dead or Alive" slot game. The amount of free spins and bonus dollars is directly related to the amount we originally deposit, with the bigger deposits receiving way more money and spins. The largest possible completion reward comes when we deposit €400 and we are given €60 as well as 30 free spins on the Dead or Alive slot machine.
Weekly Wonders is a daily promotion that features different rewards for different days of the week. Once we complete the requirements for each day, we will be eligible to receive that day's reward. These requirements change from week to week so be sure to check their site and see what you need to do.
On Monday, there is a €50 cashback bonus on net losses in Live Casino games. On Tuesday, they offer a €50 bonus and 20 free spins on the Starburst slot. During Wednesday, there is a 100% happy hour deposit bonus up for grabs between the hours of 19:00 and 21:00 CET. Thursday features 10 free spins on the new slot named Wolf Cub if we play before 16:00 CET.
Friday through Sunday all feature the same promotion from week to week that is exactly like a raffle ticket contest. For every €50 that we wager, we will receive one raffle ticket. At the end of the weekend, 20 ticket winners will be picked for a random prize of between €5 and €100. This range of prizes is pretty lame considering it is very easy to win a ticket and so there will be too many ticket winners to choose from in the virtual hat.
The options for depositing money on 10Bet are limited, but at least they include the most popular ones. These methods will all get money into your online gambling account quickly and free of charge, except for the Fast Bank Transfer which charges a small fee. Here is a list of the available methods:
- Fast Bank Transfer
- Visa Card
The minimum deposit for all these methods is between $5 and $10, with the maximum deposit being $50,000 for all. If we were going to request a banking option to be added, it would be bitcoin. The reason is that bitcoins are used for fast, free and anonymous money transfers, which is huge for online gamblers.
Withdrawal options on Bet10 are even more limited than the deposit methods are, but they once again have the basic common methods covered. They all claim to have a processing time of under five days, and are all free of charge. These are both a huge positive in the banking options category, as most sites have problems with slow withdrawals or high fees. Below is a list of the previously mentioned withdrawal methods:
- Bank Transfer
The maximum withdrawal amount for all these methods is $50,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is usually between $5-$10, except for the bank transfer which is a $25 fee.
The one thing that 10Bet's casino clearly has going for it is a large game selection. They offer video slots, jackpot slots, roulette games, blackjack games, video poker, and a live casino. The only flaw we can find is that there is not a lot of video poker options compared to other sites. We will now list the games available in each category for your convenience.

SportsbookReview gave Bet10's sportsbook a fairly solid B+ rating. They started out with a C+ rating in early 2006, but they have made noticeable strides in solving player complaints and slowed their shady business practices since then.
One of their alleged illegal practices was cancelling bets after games were already in progress or had already won. Another popular complaint is that they are closing player accounts with a lot of money in them for unclear reasons. We still see some complaints like this from 2017 but not as many as there used to be.
A strength of this sportsbook can be found by looking at their game selection. Here is the list of 36 sports that are available to bet on:
- American Football
- Athletics (Marathons)
- Australian Football
- Beach Volleyball
- Gaelic Football
- Horse Racing
- Ice Hockey
- Motor Racing
- Rugby League
- Rugby Union
- Snooker & Pool
- Table Tennis
- Water Polo
- Winter Olympics
- Winter Sports
There are certainly a lot of obscure European sports on this list. We are talking to you, Gaelic football. This is to be expected though, since 10Bet is based in the UK and services most of Europe. The "Specials" bets are very interesting because they allow us to bet on things like presidential elections or what the outcomes will be in our favorite TV shows.
If we need to get ahold of 10Bet's customer support department, we can do so in two different ways. We can either email them at firstname.lastname@example.org or we can call them at +359-24925973. They claim to respond to emails within 24 hours most of the time. If we need to get ahold of them immediately we recommend calling them instead.
If we wanted to improve their customer support model, we would add in a live chat feature. Most gambling sites have live chat because it is convenient for people that don't like using the phone but who also do not want to wait a day or two for a response. It seems a little bit silly to have Live Dealers for the casino, and Live Betting for the sportsbook, but not Live Chat for the customer support.
Even though 10Bet has great promotions and fast banking options, we do not feel safe recommending our readers to use this gambling site. The main reason for this is their long history of doing unethical things to players. They have been known to shut down accounts full of money with little explanation and then they become unreachable. They have also been known to cancel bets after they already started when the start was not in their favor.
If we were tasked with improving 10Bet, we would add more video poker games, implement a live support feature, and add a larger variety of banking options. The presence of these issues combined with their ethical problems leads us to believe that there is surely a better site out there to gamble on.
