Well, here I am again, bringing you another comprehensive, brutally-honest
review of an online casino. This page is all about All Jackpots Casino, which in
name alone sounds like it’s going to be a fun one! I am going into this review
expecting great things when it comes to the number of progressive jackpots I
should find. I mean, with that kind of name, you have to assume that, right?

Jackpots aside, I want to break down every aspect of this casino in detail
for my readers. This way, you won’t have any surprises when you decide to click
on a link and play at this site. I am going to cover everything I can find on
this page, and while some details will need updating as things change at the
casino, this page will be the most detailed review of All Jackpots that you will
find on the internet…and did I mention how honest it will be?

Okay, time for the good stuff. Let’s get to this review!

Ratings Breakdown

Overall

As you will see in this review, even though the company has had a storied
past, this brand could use a little attention. The games are excellent, but
everything wrapped around them needs help. Digimedia is better than this, and
hopefully, they will spend some time fixing some of the easier issues so that
this rating can improve.

Game Variety

I am a big fan of both Microgaming and Evolution Gaming, so finding them at
this casino means that at the very least, once you get to the games, you will be
happy. There are hundreds of games to choose from, including all the big
progressive jackpots that Microgaming is known for. There should be no issue
with boredom when players are playing at this casino.

Banking

The site has a good selection of payment methods, and although there could be
some more information on the site about minimums and maximums for each method, I
can’t really complain too much. Transparency is important, but approved deposits
and fast payouts are far more crucial to the overall player experience. So, as
long as the site holds up their end of the bargain, I can live without the
details.

Bonuses

Where are all the promotions at this site? Aside from an average welcome
offer, there are no other promotions listed on the website. There is a
VIP/loyalty program, which is good news and bails out the site as best as it
can. However, Digimedia needs to give this area of the site more attention if I
am to improve the rating.

Customer Service

The site gets great marks for the live chat agents, who were very helpful
during my test of the support department. However, there is no posted email
address or telephone number, and aside from a web form, there is no other way to
get a hold of the casino. This is pretty archaic, so I would like to see the
management be more proactive when it comes to communicating with its players.

User Interface

This casino has a horrible website that looks like it hasn’t been updated in
many years. This is a real pain for a couple of reasons. First, the navigation
is terrible, causing major frustration when trying to find a page. Also, the
information on the pages is vague and sometimes doesn’t even fit on the screen.
The site needs to address this to bring it up the standards that players
deserve.

Mobile Compatibility

Kudos to the team at All Jackpots for launching native apps for Android even
when Apple wouldn’t allow them to do the same. This means that Android users can
find All Jackpots in the Google Play store. The games are also available in the
browsers of all mobile devices, so players do get to play their favorite games
on the move.

The Basics About All Jackpots Casino

The first thing I look for when I start my casino review is any and all
information on the people behind the brand. In this case, a quick look at the
homepage of the website (which could use some work, if I am being honest) let me
know that this is a brand owned and operated by Digimedia. This casino
conglomerate owns and operates over a dozen brands, and this one has been in
business since 2002 when it was part of the Fortune Lounge group of casinos.
This kind of longevity is something I like to see in the business, but when a
company has this many brands, I do end up being concerned that the sites are all
just copies of one another. We’ll see how that goes in this review.

All Jackpots Casino has two licenses – one from the Malta Gaming Authority
and the other from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. For me, the Malta license is
all that matters to players, as this is the group that will be closely
monitoring the business practices of the casino. The Kahnawake license is likely
only a requirement of having the casino hosted on the Canadian reservation.

The Malta license comes with many rules, including who is allowed to create
real money accounts at All Jackpots. Unfortunately, if you live in one of these
countries, then you are going to find yourself out of luck with this casino, and
you should look for some of my other casino reviews.

The Casino

On to the playing part of this review! To be honest, this is a lot of fun for
me – I never tire of playing casino games, and as I too love to gamble, it gives
me pleasure to put in long sessions with my own cash as I am completing all the
tasks for this review. So, with an account created and a deposit made, it was
time to look at each part of this casino lobby.

Software

For this casino, Digimedia uses Microgaming as its principal software
provider. This is great news, as I love everything that this South African
company has been doing to become a leader in the industry over the last two
decades. The casino also features live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, which
I’ll discuss in more detail a little further down.

Slots

With a name like All Jackpots Casino, it seems only fitting that I put aside
my love of table games and video poker and focus on the slot machines first. The
first thing I looked for was the number of jackpots available to be won. There
was a running total of over 11 million in jackpots available, which is a great
number but not as high as many other casinos I have reviewed before. Still,
there are a few ways you can become an instant millionaire just by spinning some
reels, so how could I be negative about that fact?

The Microgaming slots are an excellent combination of classic 3-reel games
featuring traditional symbols and sounds all the way to the most elaborate
graphics and partnerships with some of the most well-known names in the world of
entertainment. There are over 300 to choose from, so rather than list all of
them here (they are all in alphabetical order in the lobby), here are some of
the games I have enjoyed the most over the years.

  • Jurassic Park™
  • Fish Party

Video Poker

If you have read any of my reviews or played with the Microgaming software
before, you will already know that the company has built an excellent video
poker engine. I am a huge fan of video poker, and like many of my previous
reviews, I spent loads of time chasing royal flushes across all of the variants
that All Jackpots has to offer. I like that you can play multi-hand versions of
many of these games, which gives you even more chances to win big hands. Here
are the variants you will find in the lobby at All Jackpots:

  • Jacks or Better
  • Louisiana Double
  • Tens or Better
  • Tens or Better – Multi-Hand
  • Bonus Deuces Wild

Table Games

When you have been building casino games for two decades, you have to strive
to be creative and not to become repetitive. This is evident when you look at
the Microgaming table games, as the company has done an incredible job
introducing both new games and new variants on traditional games. The end result
is a stable of games that is appealing to all types of players, from the
low-stakes new player to the most experienced high roller. I love some of the
blackjack options that are available in the lobby at All Jackpots, and for sure
I spent some quality time playing the Pai Gow Poker game, which is one of my
favorites.

Here is the list of games you will be able to choose from in the table games
section of this casino:

  • 3 Card Poker
  • American Roulette

Live Casino

All Jackpots Casino has incorporated the excellent live dealer games built by
Evolution Gaming. This casino software company has been around for over a decade
and focused only on creating games that can be live streamed to your device.
These games all feature a live dealer coming to you from one of the 10 studios
operated by Evolution. What I really like about these games is the speed and the
interaction that makes me feel like I am sitting in a land-based casino even
though I am actually laying around my own house.

Not every casino game works in a live dealer environment, but here are the
choices that you will find at All Jackpots:

  • Dream Catcher
  • Private Blackjack
  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • Roulette
  • Three Card Poker

Specialty Games

Typically, I don’t reference these games when performing a review, as there
are only a couple add-ons to the casino offering. However, in the case of All
Jackpots, I feel compelled to tell you that there are dozens of these
“entertainment”-style games in the lobby. Between scratch cards and games of
skill, there are lots of these more casual games for players who want to get
away from the tables for a while. Here is a list of some of the games you will
find in this category:

  • Turtley Awesome
  • Wild Champions
  • Dragons Fortune
  • Slam Funk
  • Granny Prix
  • Hairy Fairies
  • Bingo Bonanza
  • Card Climber
  • Plunder the Sea
  • Offside and Seek
  • Three Wheeler
  • Electro Bingo
  • Samba Bingo
  • Mayan Bingo
  • Bubble Bonanza
  • Pick ‘n Switch

  • Pharaoh’s Gems
  • Spingo
  • Keno
  • Hexaline
  • Four by Four
  • Triangulation
  • Whack a Jackpot
  • …and more!

Banking Options

I have to admit that I am a bit annoyed with the casino when it comes to
being transparent about its banking rules and limits. I wish there was some set
of standards that all casinos had to adhere to when letting players know about
limits and possible fees, but until that happens, I will keep piecing together
all the information I can find.

The banking page of the All Jackpots website has a lot of writing but not a
lot of information, just some general information about payments to the casino.
When I looked at the terms and conditions, I found some rules about withdrawals,
like the fact that you are charged a fee for bank transfer withdrawal requests
that are lower than around $500. Aside from that, there isn’t much aside from a
maximum of $5,000 that you are allowed to withdraw per week.

Below is a list of the options that the casino offers for both deposits and
withdrawals. However, you should note that the options available to you change
depending on where you live, so when you log into your account, you will see the
recommended options for your area. The minimum deposit is $10 or equivalent in
local currency.

Bonus Promotions

As I do with all my reviews, I make a deposit using my own personal credit
card or e-wallet, and so it is important to me personally to see what types of
bonuses are being offered by a casino. The first thing I noticed when reviewing
All Jackpots was the welcome bonus package of $800 – it is hard to miss,
especially since it is in a misshapen banner on every page of the website! Let’s
review some of the offers in a little more detail.

Welcome Bonus

As mentioned, the package is $800, and it is split into two 100% deposit
bonuses with a maximum of $400 in bonus with each one. This is okay, but I have
seen much more compelling offers at other casinos. Digimedia tends to make each
of the welcome bonus offers different at each of its brands, so perhaps this is
a way for them to test which are the most attractive to new players.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 50x the bonus amount awarded,
which is fair when compared to other sites. One thing to consider here is that
this bonus is only available for 7 days after you create your account, so make
sure you are ready to deposit and play right away if you decide to choose this
casino.

Ongoing Promotions

This is typically where I discuss the offers that are smaller but happen on
an ongoing basis. However, there are none to be found on the website! This is
extremely disturbing – even if the site keeps most of those offers to send to
players via email, there should be something on the site to keep players
motivated after their first couple of deposits.

The casino does offer a loyalty program, which you can find when you are
logged into your account. The rewards program is a tiered system in which you
earn points for every real money hand you play at the site. The more points you
earn, the more potential for rewards. Here is a chart outlining each of the
levels in the program.

Level Status Silver Gold Platinum Diamond
Free points when you make your first deposit. 2,500
Qualification and maintenance requirements Register a real money account at All Jackpots and
make a deposit
Earn at least 10,000 rewards points in a calendar

Earn at least 75,000 rewards points in a calendar

Redeem rewards points for cash Yes Yes Yes Yes
Eligibility for weekly promotions Yes Yes Yes Yes
Bonus points when you play on your birthday 25,000 50,000 100,000

15% faster than Silver level. Earn 100 points and
get another 15 for free
Monthly loyalty bonus (ongoing loyalty bonus) 10,000 30,000 50,000

This makes me happy because, in the absence of ongoing promotions, this is
what will keep you around as a player. The full terms and conditions of this
rewards program can be found on the website.

Mobile Compatibility

If you are looking to play at this casino from your Android phone or tablet,
you are in luck. The casino has built native apps for blackjack and the rest of
the casino games that you can download from the Google Play Store. Apple users
aren’t going to find those apps available for their devices at this time (Apple
is a little more conservative when it comes to approving real money gambling
apps), but you can play all the casino games via your browser just like you can
from your desktop.

Customer Service

When I review a casino, I like to take a long look at the support options for
players. There is no worse feeling for an online casino player than running into
an issue only to find no one is around to help.

At All Jackpots Casino, there is a frequently asked questions page, but I
have to say that it does need a lot of work. There are some general questions,
mainly focused on banking, but the casino could add dozens more if they wanted
to take some of the pressure off of their support center.

The site doesn’t have a support page that I could find, but there is a button
for a live chat feature on every page, which I tested and found the agent to be
very friendly and responsive. There is also a web form you can fill out with any
questions you may have once you are logged into the site. I wasn’t able to track
down an email address or any social media accounts for the casino during my
review.

Summary

Considering how long this casino has been in business and who the people are
behind it, I would have liked to have seen a little more from All Jackpots
Casino. While the games are excellent (you really can’t go wrong with
Microgaming and Evolution), I wish the site itself was more user-friendly. This
is a real turn-off as a first impression, and while people like me aren’t that
concerned about it, a newer player may be frustrated just trying to find
information on the website.

Verdict

This is a casino that I can recommend to players who want to get right to
playing games and aren’t all that concerned about promotions and general
information. The folks at Digimedia are reliable, and this will result in an
experience that the majority of casino players will find enjoyable. If you are
someone who wants to see more offers in your account or need more content, then
I suggest you read some of my other reviews to find a casino more to your
liking.

FAQ

Should I download the casino or play in the browser?

The delivery method of casino games is really a personal choice. If you don’t
mind having the software on your computer, then using the download version of
All Jackpots is definitely worth it. There are a couple of games that
Microgaming only has available in this method, although the majority of the
titles are now available in both versions.

What is the best way to make a deposit at All Jackpots?

For me, the best way to make a deposit at any casino is using e-wallets like
Neteller and Skrill. These options are typically the fastest when it comes time
to getting paid, and that is the most critical piece of banking for players at
any casino. Depending on where you live, you may not be able to use those
methods, in which case credit cards are probably the fastest way to get your
money to the site.

Some of the games aren’t showing up on my phone. Why would that be?

If you look at the desktop version of the casino, you will see that many of
the games have a mobile phone logo on the thumbnail. These games are all
available for mobile play. While there are only a few, there are indeed games
that Microgaming hasn’t formatted for play from phones and tablets, which is
probably why you don’t see them when logging in from one of those devices.
